Short lead time, ecologically friendly, full fleet 50+ aircraft

High-tech aviation foils & vinyls from LXM Aero+

Where before, a special paint facility and a week or more was required to prepare, spray, dry one aircraft, high-tech aviation foils & vinyls from LXM Aero+, can be applied to any size aircraft in just a few hours (and even outdoors, if need-be). When Condor Airlines of Germany recently needed their entire fleet, including wide-body B767-300s rebranded, they contacted LXM Group. All work was carried out during planned maintenance checks (mostly A-Checks) in the airlines’ Frankfurt and Duesseldorf facilities, with some aircraft also being worked on at third party MRO.

Our way of working

LXM Group has a special “Go-Team” that can be dispatched at short notice, for special graphics missions, worldwide. Lead time for production and installation is as short as ten days – with minor change done through LXM’s DOA Part 21J partners, or provided through the airline.

To assist airlines and leasing companies with urgent needs, we offer a QUICK RESPONSE AIRCRAFT LIVERY service product:

  • Minimum lead time: From contract to installation within a maximum of ten working days
  • For full livery or partial
  • Aircraft transitions from one AOC to the other (flags, regs, underwing regs & underwing reg covers etc.)
  • Single aircraft, sub-fleet, full fleet – any size
  • Airlines‘ own livery or 3rd party decals – e.g. of strategic marketing partners brought in by the airlines‘ commercial team.
  • Based on existing SB or we deliver SB with our Part 21J DOA partners
